Empire Today is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to meet customers in their homes in the Green Bay area. Earn uncapped commissions with performance bonuses and do so with the support of a well-known brand and pre-qualified leads.

You will drive earnings through direct seller contracts, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, with schedule options that fit your life.

Qualifications

• Valid driver\'s license and vehicle with room for flooring sample boards.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers in their homes to assess flooring needs and provide in-home estimates.
• Represent Empire Today with a professional image and provide excellent customer service.
• Utilize tablets and measuring devices during sales presentations to produce accurate estimates.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions in person or virtually.
• Drive earnings through direct seller contracts and uncapped commissions.

Hot leads generally within a 1-hour radius. Customers have called Empire and asked for an in-home flooring estimate. Plus, you can use the strength of the well-known brand to generate even more money through referrals and prospecting additional customers!

• The role is a 100% commission + commission bonus opportunity. Outside Sales Consultants on average earn $50k - $70k the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k.

Requirements:

• Valid license to drive locally to meet Empire's customers in their homes and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards
• Minimum of 2 self-generated installed sales per month, which pay at higher commissions
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually
• Availability for evening & weekend appointments
• Direct Seller Contract
• Delivery of excellent customer service
• Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices in connection with sales presentations
• Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel.
