Empire Today is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to meet clients in their homes and recommend flooring solutions. This role offers uncapped commissions with potential for $50k–$70k in the first year, and top performers earning well over $100k. Training is provided, with benefits for full-time staff.

Requirements

• Valid license to drive locally to meet Empire's customers in their homes and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards
• Minimum of 2 self-generated installed sales per month, which pay at higher commissions
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments
• Direct Seller Contract
• Delivery of excellent customer service
• Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices in connection with sales presentations
• Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel.
