Job summary

Empire Today is seeking a motivated in-home sales consultant to help customers choose flooring solutions. You will meet clients at their homes, present options, and close sales using pre-qualified leads.

This role offers 100% commission with uncapped earning potential, weekly pay, paid training, and access to benefits through Direct Seller Contract.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with local travel to customers' homes.
• Own vehicle capable of transporting flooring sample boards.
• Customer-service oriented with strong communication skills.
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments.
• Experience in face-to-face sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers in their homes to assess flooring needs and present suitable products.
• Leverage pre-qualified leads and Empire's brand to generate sales.
• Close sales and deliver excellent customer service throughout the process.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions in person or virtually.

• The role is a 100% commission + commission bonus opportunity. Outside Sales Consultants on average earn $50k - $70k the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k.

Requirements:

• Valid license to drive locally to meet Empire's customers in their homes and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards
• Minimum of 2 self-generated installed sales per month, which pay at higher commissions
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually
• Availability for evening & weekend appointments
• Direct Seller Contract
• Delivery of excellent customer service
• Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices in connection with sales presentations
• Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel.
