Job summary

Empire Today is seeking go-getters to meet face-to-face with customers in their homes in College Station, TX, helping them choose the best flooring options.

The Outside Sales Representative role features a 100% commission structure with uncapped earnings, paid training, and multiple schedule options. Leverage a well-known brand to drive sales and referrals, with earning potential and support from a nationwide business.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Minimum of 2 self-generated installed sales per month
• Attend sales meetings in person and virtually
• Evening & weekend appointment availability
• Direct Seller Contract
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Able to use tablets and measuring devices in sales presentations
• Present professionally incl. Empire branded apparel

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners in their homes to assess flooring needs
• Recommend flooring products and provide in-home estimates
• Utilize pre-qualified leads and the Empire brand to drive sales
• Grow earnings through uncapped commissions and performance-based bonuses

Hot leads generally within a 1-hour radius. Customers have called Empire and asked for an in-home flooring estimate. Plus, you can use the strength of the well-known brand to generate even more money through referrals and prospecting additional customers!

• The role is a 100% commission + commission bonus opportunity. Outside Sales Consultants on average earn $50k - $70k the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k.

Requirements:

• Valid license to drive locally to meet Empire's customers in their homes and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards
• Minimum of 2 self-generated installed sales per month, which pay at higher commissions
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually
• Availability for evening & weekend appointments
• Direct Seller Contract
• Delivery of excellent customer service
• Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices in connection with sales presentations
• Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel.
