Job summary

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in a hybrid sales environment (home office + field work) with base salary, expense allowance, mileage reimbursement, and uncapped commissions plus monthly bonuses. You will train to sell digital marketing solutions and build a book of business across diverse industries.

The role emphasizes prospecting, presentations, and strong client relationships. Expect 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of field training, with ongoing

• Sell digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Market the full marketing suite: websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, and SEO.
• Cold-call business owners and prospect within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions through strong account management.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across a variety of industries.
