Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in a hybrid sales environment to drive digital marketing solutions for small businesses. You will own a territory, conduct needs assessments, and present services both virtually and in person.

The role offers a base salary with full benefits and uncapped commissions, with on-target earnings targets of $80,000–$90,000 in Year 1 and $104,000–$122,000 in Year 2, plus incentives and a clear path for promotions.
