First-year on-target earnings range from $90,000 to $100,000, with opportunities to exceed this. Second-year OT earnings are projected from $105,000 to $125,000, reflecting growing book of business and performance.

• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across diverse industries.
