Job summary

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in digital marketing solutions. You will train to sell a broad marketing suite and build a book of business in a hybrid home/field environment.

Ideal candidates are gritty, entrepreneurial, and excels at relationship building, prospecting, and presenting to diverse business audiences. Base salary with commissions and full benefits are included to support performance.

• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across industries.

• Marketing suite: websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, and SEO
• Cold‑calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships across a variety of industries
