Job summary

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to build a book of business selling digital marketing solutions. The role offers base salary, expense allowance, mileage reimbursement, and uncapped commissions with monthly bonuses in a hybrid environment (home office + field work).

Training includes 3 weeks of classroom instruction and 9 weeks of field training with company-wide support. You will work with best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with Google, Amazon, Instagram,

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
• Marketing suite: websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, and SEO
• Cold‑calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships across a variety of industries
