Tom James Company, a leading custom clothing retailer and manufacturer, seeks an Outside Sales Professional. The role combines in-office and in-field activities, focusing on building a client base, scheduling client meetings, presenting tailored garments, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

You will participate in extensive training, with guaranteed monthly training pay for the first two years and potential for significant commission earnings.

Responsibilities

• Self generate and develop leads using the latest technology, prospecting and referral generation methods
• Schedule appointments: daily phone calling with self generated prospects/leads to schedule sales appointments to meet at their office or homes
• Sales presentations: visit clients at their most convenient location to guide their buying decisions
• Measuring: learn to measure and fully fit custom garments
• Ensure client satisfaction: cultivate a repeat client, develop a relationship and ensure a seamless experience
• Time and schedule management; daily in-office and field time required
• Receive feedback and implement business development practices
• Deliver guaranteed monthly training pay for the 1st two years while developing clientele; uncapped commissions
