Job summary

ASC Equipment is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow business with commercial MEP contractors across a defined territory. You’ll drive sales end-to-end with autonomy and strong support.

Responsibilities include blueprint take-offs, quotes, contract negotiations, site visits, and building long-term client relationships. MEP/industrial sales experience and CRM skills are valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outside sales experience in MEP, industrial, or construction sectors.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to read blueprints and specs.
• Willing to travel within defined territory.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales from lead generation to closing in your defined MEP territory.
• Prepare quotes aligned with building codes and take-offs.
• Follow up on quotes and negotiate contracts with contractors.
• Visit job sites, meet clients, and collect market intel.
• Collaborate with inside sales to ensure project execution.
• Manage multiple open projects and prioritize efforts.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify new opportunities.
