Job summary

ASC Equipment is seeking a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to drive B2B sales with commercial MEP contractors across a defined U.S. territory. This role rewards self-starters with autonomy, competitive commission, and growth opportunities within a trusted team.

You’ll lead efforts from lead gen to closing, perform blueprint take-offs, negotiate contracts, visit job sites, and collaborate with inside sales to execute projects while building long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• 1+ year outside sales experience in MEP, industrial, or construction sectors.
• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools; strong technical aptitude.
• Understanding of sales cycles, pipeline management, and contract negotiation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with seismic design or vibration isolation is a plus.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll drive business-to-business sales with commercial Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) contractors across a defined U.S. territory.
