ASC Equipment is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive B2B sales with commercial MEP contractors across a defined U.S. territory. You will build relationships, review blueprints, and negotiate contracts while delivering quotes and ensuring project success.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outside sales experience in MEP, industrial, or construction sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to review blueprints/specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts from lead generation to closing in the assigned MEP territory.
• Perform blueprint take-offs and prepare quotes per building codes.
• Negotiate contracts with contractors and engineers.
• Visit job sites and collect market intel.
• Collaborate with inside sales to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage multiple open projects and prioritize effectively.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify new opportunities.
