ASC Equipment in Indianapolis is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Representative to drive B2B sales with MEP contractors across Indiana. You’ll manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, with autonomy and a strong commission structure.

You’ll read blueprints, prepare quotes, and negotiate contracts while visiting job sites and building long-term client relationships. The role rewards proactive, results-driven professionals with support from an experienced team.

Formación

• 1+ year of outside sales experience, ideally in MEP, industrial, or construction sectors.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and specs.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of sales cycles, pipeline management, and contract negotiation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sales efforts from lead generation to closing across your assigned MEP territory.
• Perform blueprint take-offs and prepare quotes in alignment with building code requirements.
• Follow up on quotes and negotiate contracts with contractors and engineers.
• Visit job sites, meet with clients, and collect market intel.
• Collaborate closely with inside sales support to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage multiple open projects and prioritize efforts effectively.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
