ASC Equipment is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our business with MEP contractors across a defined southeastern U.S. territory.

This role rewards self-starters with autonomy, competitive commissions, and the opportunity to advance within a trusted, supportive team. You’ll work remotely with the backing of an experienced sales group, own your book of business, visit job sites, prepare quotes, and negotiate contracts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year outside sales experience, ideally in MEP, industrial, or construction sectors.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.
• Strong ability to review blueprints/specs.
• Solid understanding of sales cycles, pipeline management, and contract negotiation.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts from lead generation to closing across your assigned MEP territory.
• Perform blueprint take-offs and prepare quotes in alignment with building code requirements.
• Follow up on quotes and negotiate contracts with contractors and engineers.
• Visit job sites, meet with clients, and collect market intel.
• Collaborate closely with inside sales support to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage multiple open projects and prioritize efforts effectively.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
