Job summary

ASC Equipment is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive B2B sales with MEP contractors across a defined U.S. territory. You’ll operate with autonomy, leverage a commission structure, and grow with a trusted team in a remote work setup.

You will manage leads, perform blueprint take-offs, prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and visit sites to build long-term client relationships. A base plus uncapped commission awaits in a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ year outside sales in MEP, industrial, or construction sectors.
• Strong technical aptitude; able to review blueprints/specs.
• Knowledge of sales cycles, pipeline management, and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts from lead generation to closing across your assigned MEP territory.
• Perform blueprint take-offs and prepare quotes in alignment with building code requirements.
• Follow up on quotes and negotiate contracts with contractors and engineers.
• Visit job sites, meet with clients, and collect market intel.
• Collaborate with inside sales support to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage multiple open projects and prioritize efforts effectively.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
