ABC Supply is seeking talented outside sales professionals to build relationships with contractor customers and promote building materials. You will sell residential and commercial products, manage accounts, and use sales tools to drive growth.

This role offers base plus commission and a comprehensive benefits package; requires a college degree or equivalent, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and strong communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• College degree (Business, Sales or related field) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Superior time management and organization skills.
• Familiarity with product lines and contractor processes is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage customer relationships with contractors.
• Utilize sales reports and data to recognize opportunities.
• Make cold calls to prospective customers.
• Follow leads and schedule appointments with potential clients.
• Follow up with customers and provide solutions to service concerns.
• Provide training to customers on product lines and services.
• Assist customers in the credit application process.
• Connect with customers to collect past due payments when necessary.
