Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in boards/panels preferred.
• Proactive, coachable with strong work ethic.
• Ability to manage own schedule and meet targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Increase board and panel product sales in assigned territory.
• Schedule face-to-face meetings with customers to learn their business needs.
• Develop new accounts and grow existing relationships.
• Analyze buying patterns to identify opportunities and expand supplier base.
• Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge to customers.
• Maintain CRM data and generate regular reports on activity and results.
• Travel in the field 3–4 days per week; bring your own reliable transportation.
• Lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds as required.
