Job summary

Richelieu Hardware Ltd is seeking an Outside Sales Representative specializing in Board and Panel products to join our team in Auburn, WA. You will manage relationships with cabinet and furniture manufacturers and drive sales through consultative discussions.

You’ll work in the field three to four days a week with independent transportation, and you’ll stay current on Richelieu products while delivering a top-tier customer experience. Total earnings potential is $80,000–$110,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience within wood panels, laminates, and boards.
• Knowledge of wood grains including plywood is a plus.
• Proactive, coachable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to schedule and manage time to deliver results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CRM experience is an asset; university degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales activities with cabinet and furniture manufacturers.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers to grow business opportunities.
• Grow territory by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships.
• Analyze buying patterns to become a preferred supplier.
• Provide superior customer service and be a trusted advisor.
• Stay updated on Richelieu products and market conditions.
• Maintain CRM data and generate regular reports.
• Travel in the field three to four days per week, with own transportation.
• Assist with lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds.
