Job summary

Richelieu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative specializing in Board and Panel products to join our team in the United States. You will manage relationships with cabinet and furniture manufacturers, drive product solutions, and become a trusted advisor to customers in your territory.

The role requires field visits three to four days per week, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a proactive, results-driven mindset. A university degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in cabinet/board products.
• Knowledge of wood grains or plywood is helpful.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow board and panel product sales in territory.
• Schedule and hold face-to-face meetings with customers.
• Manage territory growth by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships.
• Analyze past buying patterns to become the stronger supplier.
• Provide an outstanding customer service experience as the one-stop shop.
• Stay up-to-date with Richelieu products and market conditions.
