The Container Store is seeking an Outside Sales & Design Consultant to design and sell custom spaces for homes and select business environments by appointment. You will lead in-home consultations, manage projects end-to-end, and build repeat clientele while nurturing B2B relationships for scalable revenue.

The role offers a competitive base salary with a ramp-up period and a lucrative monthly bonus tied to sales performance, with potential total earnings up to $120,000.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred with 2–5 years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Experience designing custom spaces or closets and white glove service.
• Strong time management, organization, and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals by designing and selling complete storage solutions.
• Manage multiple customer projects with detail, follow-up, and clear communication.
• Develop leads through referrals, networking, and professional partnerships.
• Build relationships with designers, builders, real estate professionals, and managers.
• Attend installations and coordinate with clients to ensure a seamless experience.
