Job summary

The Container Store is seeking an Outside Sales & Design Consultant to design and sell custom spaces for homes and select businesses. You’ll manage projects from in-home consultation through installation, build repeat clientele, and pursue B2B partnerships with property managers and builders.

We offer a base draw of $35,000 with a lucrative monthly bonus and potential take-home pay up to $120,000 through uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred with 2–5 years outside sales experience.
• Experience designing custom spaces and organizing solutions.
• Strong client-facing and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals across residential, business, and trade clients.
• Design and present customized space solutions to clients.
• Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and follow-up.
• Develop new leads through networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with designers, builders, and property managers as needed.
• Attend installations and schedule meetings to ensure positive outcomes.
