The Container Store is seeking an Outside Sales & Design Consultant to design and sell custom storage and organization solutions for homes and select business environments. This full-time role covers in-home consultations, design, installation coordination, and ongoing client development within the local market.

You will build B2B relationships, manage multiple projects, and drive revenue through repeat business and referrals while enjoying a generous bonus tied to sales performance.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; outside sales experience is a plus.
• Experience designing and selling custom spaces is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals for residential, business, and trade clients.
• Design and present custom storage and organization solutions.
• Build and maintain client relationships and generate referrals.
