The Container Store is seeking an Outside Sales & Design Consultant to design and sell custom spaces for homes and select small to mid-sized business environments by appointment. You will manage projects from in-home consultation to installation, building repeat clientele and developing B2B relationships.

The role offers a base salary with a ramp-up period and a lucrative monthly bonus tied to sales performance, plus comprehensive benefits and uncapped commission potential.

Formación

• Minimum 2–5 years in outside sales, custom spaces or closets experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Knowledge of design principles and trends in spaces, interior design, and retail.

• Meet or exceed sales goals, conversions, and customer surveys with complete design solutions.
• Establish trust and understand customer needs to design and present projects clearly.
• Manage multiple projects with detail, accuracy, and timely follow-up.
