The Container Store in Fort Worth is seeking an Outside Sales & Design Consultant to design and sell custom spaces for homes and select small to mid-sized businesses. You’ll manage projects from in-home consultation to installation, delivering organized, aesthetically appealing solutions by appointment.

With 2–5 years in outside sales, you’ll build relationships with homeowners and trade partners, earn a base draw with uncapped commission, and participate in an 8-week training program that

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of outside sales experience preferred; custom spaces or closets experience preferred
• Self-starter who is organized, creative, solutions-oriented, and able to manage time, appointments, and projects efficiently in a white glove customer service space
• Knowledge of design principles and trends in custom spaces, interior design, fashion, and retail industries
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing

Responsabilités

• Meets or exceeds sales goals, conversions, and surveys by designing and selling complete, functional solutions for residential, business, and trade clients
• Establishes trust and understand customer needs to present projects and customized plans clearly
• Manages multiple projects with detail, accuracy, timely follow-up, and concise communication
• Develops clientele and new leads through ongoing relationships, referrals, and partnerships
• Builds relationships with interior designers, builders, real estate pros, property managers, and other business partners
