The Container Store Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales & Design Consultant in Fort Worth, TX.

This role designs and sells custom spaces for homes and select small to mid-sized business environments by appointment, with duties spanning from in-home consultation to installation and organizing. The position offers a base salary with a ramp-up period and a lucrative monthly bonus tied to sales performance, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; 2–5 years outside sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of design principles and trends in spaces and retail industries.
• Professional communication at all levels, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds sales goals for residential, business, and trade clients.
• Designs and presents projects and customized plans.
• Manages multiple customer projects with attention to detail and timely follow-up.
• Develops clientele and leads through referrals and partnerships.
• Builds relationships with designers, builders, realtors, and property managers.
• Manages B2B/trade opportunities including multi-unit projects.
• Attends installations and ensures a positive customer experience.
