Job summary

The Container Store Inc. seeks an Outside Sales & Design Consultant in Dallas to design and sell custom storage spaces for homes by appointment, guiding projects from consultation to installation for a seamless experience.

You will build repeat clientele, generate referrals, and develop B2B relationships with property managers and builders. This full-time role offers a competitive base salary plus a monthly bonus tied to sales.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred with 2-5 years outside sales experience.
• White-glove customer service and time management.
• Knowledge of design principles for spaces and interiors.
• Ability to communicate clearly at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals for residential, business, and trade clients.
• Establish trust and present clear, customized plans.
• Manage multiple projects with detail and timely follow-up.
• Develop clientele and new leads via referrals and partnerships.
• Build relationships with interior designers, builders, realtors, property managers.
• Identify and manage small to mid-sized B2B/trade opportunities.
• Attend installations to ensure a positive customer experience.
