Insperity, a nationwide leader in scalable HR solutions, is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant (Business Performance Advisor) in Stamford, CT. You will identify small and midsized businesses and present Insperity’s human resources and technology offerings to improve performance.

You’ll engage business owners both virtually and in person, build lasting partnerships, and pursue sales goals with support from a dedicated service team and corporate resources.

Qualifications

• Must be able to identify small and midsized businesses to offer Insperity’s HR solutions.
• Experience in sales or advisory roles preferred.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify small and midsized businesses to offer Insperity’s human resource services and technology.
• Call on business owners virtually and in person to explain how Insperity’s HR solutions can help solve their challenges.
• Engage your network and build lasting partnerships.
• Accomplish sales goals determined by management.
• Complete bid paperwork for new client contracts.
• Facilitates new client process with information gathered from new clients.
