Insperity seeks an energetic Outside Sales Consultant (Business Performance Advisor) to identify and engage small to midsize businesses, offering our HR services and technology. You’ll connect with business owners both virtually and in person to demonstrate value and secure meaningful partnerships.

You’ll leverage a consultative approach, have strong business acumen, and work toward ambitious sales targets with the support of a dedicated marketing and leadership team.

• Complete bid paperwork for new client contracts.
• Facilitate new client onboarding with information gathered.
