Job summary

White Cap is hiring for an Account Manager within the Accelerated Sales Program in the United States. This role is designed to fast‑track your sales career through classroom, independent study, and on‑the‑job training to master the White Cap model, products, and customers.

You will learn to prepare account plans, sell the White Cap value proposition, ride along with District Managers to polish field sales calls, and enter/process orders while performing other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field or 1–2 years of sales/related experience.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable interfacing with team members.
• Proactive, accountable, independent and goal‑oriented.
• Open to feedback and willing to improve performance.
• Spanish language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Participates in classroom, independent study, and on‑the‑job training to learn the White Cap business model, products, vendors, customer needs, jobsite environment, systems, competitors, pricing, sales approach, and selling skills.
• Prepares and executes account plans.
• Sells White Cap value proposition and products.
• Rides along with a District Sales Manager or experienced Account Managers to learn jobsite or office sales calls.
• Enters and processes customer orders.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
