Job summary

Spectrum Business is hiring an Account Executive to drive new business sales for SMB clients in the assigned territory. You’ll perform consultative needs analyses, propose Spectrum solutions, and guide opportunities from initial contact to final sale while maintaining precise sales records.

You will collaborate with internal teams, attend training, and stay current with Spectrum products and strategies, enabling excellent customer service and measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience or 2+ years of telecom or technical industry experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales within assigned territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor Spectrum Business solutions.
• Achieve sales targets across data, phone, video and mobile services from lead to close.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, presentations and deals in required software.
• Collaborate with other business groups to ensure seamless order execution and customer service.
• Attend sales meetings and training to stay current with Spectrum products and strategies.
• Simplify and enhance the customer experience through proactive communication and support.
