Charter Communications, operating as Spectrum, is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business for Spectrum Business among small enterprises in the Columbus, OH area. You will close deals for data, voice, video and mobile services, leveraging CRM tools and a consultative sales approach.

You will manage field-based activities daily, with occasional office days, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience or 2+ years of telecom/technical industry experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English; strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and generate new business by engaging small businesses in your territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to recommend Spectrum Business solutions.
• Hit sales targets across data, phone, video and mobile services from first contact to sale.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and deals.
• Collaborate with other business groups to ensure seamless order execution and customer service.
• Attend sales meetings and training to stay current with products and strategies.
• Enhance the customer experience through proactive communication and support.
