Job summary

Thryv is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative to grow SaaS clients in Minnesota, with a focus on local businesses. You will build a self-sourced pipeline, manage existing clients for expansion, and conduct most activities outside your home office.

The role demands 3+ years in SaaS sales, outbound full-cycle experience, and strong communication. You’ll be part of a proven team with extensive training and nationwide flexible work options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct SaaS sales experience.
• 2+ years of outbound sales experience (full cycle).
• Industry knowledge of Thryv product suite.
• Exceptional interpersonal and verbal/written communication.
• Strong time management and organization under pressure.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must live within a 1-hour commute of the posting city.

Responsibilities

• Grow and expand Thryv's SaaS clients in the local market.
• Build a personal pipeline via self- and company-generated prospecting.
• Manage >50% of work outside the home office.
• Identify and secure new SaaS clients in the territory.
• Execute defined sales processes, cadences, and certifications.
• Participate in sales meetings, calibrations, and training.
