Job summary

Meritage Homes is seeking an Outside Sales Counselor for the Pensacola, FL area. You will drive home sales by leveraging Realtor partnerships and guiding buyers through the construction, closing, and title processes with exceptional customer service.

You will manage CRM-driven prospecting, conduct model/showroom tours, and present pricing and contract details. A strong sales mindset and team collaboration are essential to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Strongly prefer 1 year in new home sales with a proven track record.
• Some states may require a Real Estate License.

Responsibilities

• Accomplish sales and customer service goals.
• Maintain Realtor relationships for partnerships.
• Connect buyers with Realtors and guide through homebuying process.
• Manage community look and guest experience during tours.
• Present Meritage Homes Purchase Agreement clearly to buyers.
• Solicit new and referral business via Salesforce.
