Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain Realtor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and customer service goals and other objectives.
• Maintain and cultivate Realtor relationships for long-term partnerships.
• Connect homebuyers with Realtors and support them through the homebuying process.
• Manage visuals of communities to provide a quality touring experience.
• Present Meritage Homes Purchase Agreement clearly including payment, taxes, HOA rules.
