Job summary

Meritage Homes in Tampa, FL is seeking an Outside Sales Counselor to drive new home sales through Realtor relationships and direct outreach. You will manage the end-to-end sales process, present community information, coordinate with mortgage and title teams, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from first visit to closing.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in outside sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in real estate or new home sales; a license

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Prior home sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Real estate license may be required depending on state.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new home sales by building Realtor relationships.
• Demonstrate value and close homes with excellent service.
• Maintain CRM and follow-up strategies for prospects.
• Coordinate with Closing Department, Title Company, and mortgage lender teams.
• Schedule model/showings and provide community information.
• Present purchase agreements and explain terms and conditions.
