Job summary

Meritage Homes in Huntsville, AL seeks an Outside Sales Counselor to drive new home sales by leveraging Realtor partnerships and engaging new buyers. You will demonstrate value, present models, schedule showings, and guide buyers through the construction, closing, and financing processes with exceptional service.

The role requires managing inquiries, updating CRM, and maintaining strong market knowledge while crossing communities to meet buyer needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or educational equivalent required.
• Some college coursework or Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
• Experience in outside sales is required; homebuilding/new-home sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accomplish sales and customer service goals as directed by Sales Leader.
• Maintain and cultivate Realtor relationships for long-term partnerships.
• Connect unrepresented buyers to Realtors and guide them through the homebuying process.
• Ensure community look and guest experience is pristine during tours.
• Present and explain purchase agreements, taxes, HOA rules, and community details.
