Meritage Homes is seeking an Outside Sales Counselor to drive new home sales by leveraging Realtor networks and prospective buyers, while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the homebuying journey.

You will coordinate with construction, Closing Department, Title Company, and design studios; manage Salesforce CRM; present purchase agreements; and travel between Meritage communities to meet buyers’ needs and close sales. This role demands strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Strong preference for 1+ year in new home sales with proven success.
• Some states may require a Real Estate License; a plus in other states.

Responsabilités

• Accomplish sales and customer service goals set by sales leadership.
• Maintain Realtor relationships to create long-term partnerships.
• Connect buyers with Realtors and guide them through the homebuying process.
• Manage community appearances and provide a quality guest experience during tours.
• Present Meritage Homes Purchase Agreement and explain pricing, taxes, and HOA rules.
• Utilize CRM to manage discovery and follow-up with potential customers.
• Schedule model/showing tours and coordinate with lenders and title companies.
