Job summary

Meritage Homes is seeking an Outside Sales Counselor to drive new home sales by leveraging realtor relationships and engaging buyers with a high level of customer service. In this role you will manage the sales process from lead to close, coordinate with construction, Closing Department, and Title Company, and maintain knowledge of communities, home plans, and pricing to provide compelling presentations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Preferred 1+ year in new home sales with a proven track record.
• Real estate license may be required in some states.
• Strong computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Generate new home sales by leveraging Realtor relationships and buyer networks.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead to close with exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate with construction, Closing Department, and Title Company throughout the process.
• Present home plans, pricing, and purchase agreements to buyers.
