Job summary

Meritage Homes in California is hiring an Outside Sales Counselor to generate new home sales by leveraging Realtor relationships and guiding buyers through the process from initial tour to closing. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and collaboration with construction, closing, title, and mortgage teams.

You will manage CRM activities, cultivate broker partnerships, present Purchase Agreements, and coordinate appointments with design studios and lenders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience
• CA real estate license required
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Accomplish sales and customer service goals.
• Maintain Realtor relationships and cultivate new partnerships.
• Connect buyers with Realtors and guide them through homebuying.
• Manage look and presentation of communities and models.
• Present purchase agreements and explain terms to buyers.
• Utilize CRM to manage leads and follow-ups.
• Schedule appointments with design studios and lenders.
• Coordinate with mortgage and title teams to expedite closings.
• Provide complete community and pricing information to buyers.
