Job summary

The Hiller Companies, LLC is seeking a Service Sales Representative to drive growth by calling on new and existing customers, promoting our fire protection offerings and coordinating with the service team.

You will qualify buyers for service contracts, maintain accurate records, submit forecasts and expenses, and develop account-specific sales strategies to meet or exceed goals. Strong communication and MS Office proficiency required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 2 years of proven work experience.
• Typically 3–5 years of end-user B2B outside sales experience; service sales preferred.
• Experience in fire and life safety industry preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Call on new and existing customers to promote and sell our fire protection offerings.
• Qualify buyers for service contracts by scheduling sales calls and educating customers on our services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales calls and activities.
• Submit forecasts and expenses in a timely manner.
• Develop a sales strategy for each account based on customer needs.
• Close sales to meet assigned goals.
• Maintain quotes in the Service Trade Software Platform.
• Coordinate with Service Department for scheduled work after sale.
