The Hiller Companies, a leading fire protection and safety solutions provider, seeks a Service Sales Representative to expand our customer base and promote our full offerings of protection products and services.

You will call on new and existing clients, qualify service contract opportunities, and develop tailored sales strategies to meet or exceed quotas while coordinating with the service department for scheduled work.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to call on new and existing customers to survey, promote, quote, and sell fire protection products and services.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to develop customer relationships and close deals.
• Experience maintaining accurate records of sales calls and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Call on new and existing customers to survey, promote, quote, and sell our full offerings of fire protection products, systems, and services.
• Qualify potential buyers of service contracts by scheduling sales calls and educating customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales calls and related activities; submit forecasts and expenses on time.
• Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy for each account; close sales to meet targets.
• Maintain quotes in the Service Trade Software Platform and coordinate with the Service department for scheduled work.
