Job summary

The Hiller Companies, LLC is seeking a Service Sales Representative who will drive growth by calling on new and existing customers to promote and sell our fire protection products, systems, and services.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work with service teams to fulfill scheduled work. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s preferred with 2+ years of sales experience.
• Experience in B2B outside sales, preferably in service sales.
• Experience in fire protection or life-safety industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Call on new and existing customers to survey, promote, quote, and sell fire protection offerings.
• Qualify buyers for service contracts by scheduling sales calls and educating customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales calls and activities.
• Submit sales reports and expenses in a timely manner.
• Determine customer needs and develop tailored sales strategies.
• Close sales to meet assigned goals.
• Maintain quotes in the Service Trade Software Platform.
• Coordinate with Service Department to schedule work after sale.
