You will develop and follow up on sales leads, demonstrate product value, and drive revenue while maintaining ongoing client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field.
• At least one year of B2B Business prospecting.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
• Communicates with customers to identify and understand needs; suggests products/services to meet them.
• Demonstrates product functions based on customer needs.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves issues post-sale.
• Maintains communication with existing and previous customers about new products and enhancements.
• Keeps detailed reports of sales activities and customer relations.
• Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
