Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to sell fire protection products and services to current and new clientele. You will build relationships, identify prospects, and present tailored solutions to meet client needs.

You will manage accounts, forecast territory activity, and contribute to marketing efforts. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Fire protection industry experience is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
• Communicates with customers to identify needs and offers suitable products/services.
• Demonstrates product functions and value to customers.
• Maintains customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management.
• Keeps existing and previous customers informed of new products and enhancements.
• Maintains detailed sales activity reports and forecasts.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
