Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or related field, or at least 1 year of B2B prospecting.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
• Communicates with customers to identify product needs and suggests solutions.
• Demonstrates product functions and utility based on customer needs.
• Maintains customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management.
• Keeps existing customers informed about new products, services and enhancements.
• Maintains detailed reports of sales activities and forecasts.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
