Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to sell our fire, life safety and security solutions. You will build and maintain relationships with current and new clients, identify prospective customers, and follow up on leads to grow sales.

You will also recommend marketing strategies for target markets and provide regular territory forecasts. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field.
• At least five years of related experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
