Job summary

Cox Enterprises in Matteson, IL is seeking a highly motivated client services specialist focused on automotive auction accounts. You will serve as the primary point of contact for resolving issues, coordinate vehicle runs, and collaborate with auction teams and stakeholders to keep client inventory moving smoothly.

The role is 70% outside with 30% in-office tasks; you will assess vehicle condition, prepare reconditioning estimates, upsell products where appropriate, and ensure safety and quality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with related field experience or 5 years in related field.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience in vehicle reconditioning or auto body knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for resolving client issues for accounts with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries related to vehicle condition or discrepancies.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and maintain communications with auction departments.
• Build relationships with clients, examine vehicles for standards, and prepare reconditioning estimates.
• Educate clients on auction processes and upsell Manheim/CAI products as needed.
• Adhere to Cox standards and safety guidelines; support safety initiatives.
• Possibly coordinate redemptions, ensure proper documentation and comply with PII policies.
