Qualifications

• 70% outside work and 30% in office administrative.
• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field, or a higher degree/certification.
• Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.
• Prior experience with vehicle reconditioning and/or auto body knowledge.
• Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team-based interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Requires physical ability and mental acuity to meet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for resolving client issues for accounts ranging from simple to complex, coordinating with auction teams and stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries related to vehicle condition and discrepancies.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and communicate with auction departments for timely reconditioning.
