Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for resolving client issues for accounts ranging from simple to more complex, collaborating with auction teams and stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries related to vehicle condition and discrepancies.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and maintain communication with auction departments for inventory movement and reconditioning services.
• Build positive client relationships, assess reconditioning needs, and prepare estimates to improve vehicle value.
• Educate clients on auction processes and upsell Cox/Manheim products based on client needs.
• Adhere to Cox standards and safety guidelines while coordinating multiple tasks.
